Reem Freeze Dry Machines, we are a leading company in the production of lyophilization machines in Turkey. We produce Freeze Dry Machines with advanced engineering studies on the foundations we laid in 2011.
Our facility is located in Istanbul Tuzla Organized Industrial Zone, and we carry out the entire process from the design and development stages to the production process here. We carry out 5 years of engineering and R&D studies for the machines we produce.
As Reem Freeze Dry Machines, we have a wide range of products from small-scale lyophilization machines to industrial lyophilization machines.
We produce lyophilization machines with condenser capacities ranging from 25kg to 2000kg. The machines we produce are designed to be used in many areas from research facilities to commercial industrial drying operations.
Thanks to freeze-drying, also known as lyophilization technology, you can effectively protect fruits, meat and meat products, dairy products and eggs, vegetables, desserts, various dishes, document protection, museum protection and technological industrial products. With this method, the natural properties, flavors and nutritional values of the products are largely preserved. You can take advantage of the long-term durability of dried products, their resistance to environmental factors, and the ability to be stored for years or even centuries when the right storage conditions are provided.
